Hey guys I am finally getting my bearings together. Man it was a good time down there. Had to get some sleep and what not so pics should be coming in a little. I also have a video clip of the finish and when I say close you will all see how close it really was. Randy almost pulled off an amazing pass just before the finish, but bounced a little and lost the momentum.

Day started out fantastic as the Cannondales were first and second out of the woods on the first lap. Doug's team had the lead for the first 4 laps then we took it from 5-10. After that the Media Allstars team walked away from there. They were consistantly running almost a full 45 secs faster than the Cannodnaleriders team.

There were 17 total teams out there. It is a shame as this course was really nice and had alot of different terrain changes. I can't understand why there wasn't more teams down there for this. I noticed on the entry sheet only 2 teams had people from GA in them. Every other team was from out of state.

By the way Lone racer won the furthest travel to the race award.

I am pretty sure this is REW440's YFZ. They pitted right next to us during the race.

Here is the Media Allstars winning 250r. Tehy showed what a good old machine it really was, but I give them alot more credit as riders and mechanics. They ran the 15 fastest laps out there. They also had 3 breakdowns during the race. One in the very beginning where they sucked in some water. It took a little bit to get it going again. two they replaced a swingarm. Three they stripped the front sprocket completely before the end of the race.

So any reliability claims I would say are premature!

Here is the 2nd place team in the +30 class. They rode a V-Force and they were hauling.

I found this very interesing. A warrior at a 6hr event. They brought out the old fella and finished on it too.
