Cannondale ILLEGAL in production class??

Has anyone heard this yet? I have heard that some people are whining about the Cannondale in production class, saying they are not in production anymore so they should be outlawed.

I beleive it has been stated that after this season they will no longer be allowed in the Production class.

the c-dale is a production quad according to ATVA, doesn't matter if it was only produced for a couple years or not, it meets the # build rules so it's in.
