Bottom of the Mountain

Does any one know where the Bottom of the Mountain track in PA is? I can't find any info on it.

theres Foot of the Mnt. and theres Back Mnt.?????? Both are district 6 tracks on the D6 harescramble schedule.. Back Mnt. is near Scranton in Plymouth Pa.
Foot of the Mnt. is out closer to Pittsburgh Pa. in a town called Neelyton Pa. its 2 exits W on the Pa. turnpike (w of Carlisle).
Back Mnt is coming up on Sept.7th and Foot of the Mnt. is Oct. 5th.
