Cannondaleriders

well i dragged my dale against a full piped raptor (YOSHI full exhaust)...rejestted...and stock other than that. Ohh it had a KandN also. Mine is a 02 cannibale(highly modified)..but my engine is BONE stock.....i was running the stock cannibal pipe....with speed mapping.....and he got the jump on me.....but ii caught up quickly and stayed with him. I didnt gain any ground...nor lose it once we were both topped out.....after all the pulling and catching up....he was about 1.5 quad length ahead. Mine was stock with speed mapping..and 4 teeth bigger in the back, and he was running a FULL yoshimura piped raptor with KandN and rejetted. And a dale gets a 10.2 horsepower increse with a full TRINITY stage IV exhaust. Ohh and his pipe was run with it open (no silencer insert). With my pipe i would have SMOKED him like no other. And also the dale will out right SCHOOl the raptor in handling..the raptor is tall and skinny. And also a stock yfz cant even beat a STOCK raptor,,,when mine TIED a fully piped raptor...so you can also eat up yfz's...(i already have)...but if you can afford it...get a full HMF or BIG GUN exhaust...it give a HUGE boost in power!!!!!.....Have fun...and ohh yeah ive been told that a dale does around 73-76...not shure...but all i know is mine is **** fast...i love it...especially with my pipe:deal: ......
by the way..with a FULL trinity exhaust...a dale with it and moto/speed mapping will put out around 50-52 horsepower...while the raptor with a full pipe and re-jetting will put out maybe 42..maybe 41...a stock dale puts out 41 horses...hope this helps. l8er

ohh....okay...than my eyes lie...or it has its exhaust sparky removed or a aftermarket pipe, but than with the sparky out its illegel...and with a pipe that ant stock...but all i know is that the dale and yzf are close...but i have experienced the dales are faster...not by a lot...but a little...and with them both having pipes...the dale would win. Cause the dale benefits more from an exhaust than the yfz.

I owned a highly modded Speed for 2 years and in a drag race, I would have to call it too close to call. A friend of mine has a modded Raptor, Edelbrock carb, K&N intake, CT full exhaust, etc and my PIPED only YFZ was pretty much even with him, he weighs 70lbs less than me though. I appreciate your enthusiasm, but you gotta keep your facts straight.....:drink:

aa dale puts out right around exactly 52 horses with a full Trinity Exhaust...stock it has 41...(says right in the manual..so i dont wanna hear it)...and a pipe from trinity gives a 11.2 horsepower increase...unless trinity's dyno doesnt work(lol) ...and the cannondale manual is wrong(another LOL).....ii am laying off the drugs, you should to.(P.S never tried any...never will)

sounds to me like we have a couple yamaha fans..and riders....cause ive only experienced this kind of "knowledge" and conflict on bluetraxx...and this is CANNONDALERIDERS.com....not yamahariderswhosoldtheirdales.com....i know im being an *******..and a jerk...but im not in the best mood..and i REALLY dislike people who argue with me when ive read MULTIPLE dyno's and stat pages...alaskaspeed was totally right about what he said..they are VERY close, but as for you saying my horsepower numbers are bogous upsets me further than i already am....im not in the best mood....so i apologize if i come across as a **** or jerk.

okay....im on drugs....i was wrong about the 50 horsepower statement...make fun of me all you want...i deserve it:rolleyes: its a 6 horsepower increase...my bad...again..i was wrong...you were RIGHT....sorry...i am just in a bad mood.
