What's with the holes at the back of your rear fenders?

I was to beat to write a story last night, I'll try tonight

The holes are where tie wraps come through. I have a metal rod all the way across the back, underneath to support the fenders. When my fat but is hanging off, the studs chew away on the plastic.

If some of you Dale experts could PM this guy he needs some help. His Dale ran fine. Took it apart, did the stud update, now runs bad when cold out only. He had it at the track yesterday. Starts OK but when you rev it up it breaks up bad. Checked all electrical connections, flywheel wire, getting good return fuel flow.

I wonder if he forgot to hook up the Airtemp sensor wire that is the one in the airbox or engine temp below throttlebody?
