Ok, here is the official list. Anyone who is serious should forward their $10.00 admission fee to me at the earliest convenience.

I can, but I would rather have a check with a note that should include the following.

name
screenname
type of quad
camping plans
type of transportation

that way if anyone has a change of plans I can simply mail their check back or void it. It will be easier for me to have all payments in the same form. Your check will not be cashed until the august ride.

basically to insure you will show up. Ever have a party and 100 people say they will be there? You buy enough enough food for 100 folks and 10 show up. I hate when that happens.

the list above is assumed. so far the local guys have all committed, but only 2 riders from the internet have forwarded a check. As I mentioned before, the 10.00 fee is ONLY to insure you will show up. I will provide food and drinks and a portajohn as well as shower facilities. Everyone is welcome to camp and I will have power & water available for RV's and pop up campers.
