I could build a good sized track in one weekend.............but I run equipment every day. I would say jay is right on for a "novice" equipment operator.tongue.gif

A track the size of mine? from scratch or just the jumps?

I'm not doubting you, just trying to figure out what a good sized track is:D

with your land and your conditions and a small dozer I could build your track before lunch. Its not often there are dirt piles already in place.

I once built a track on a 4 acre lot ( hillside) in one day with a dozer. The track had a large down hill fade away double, a large tabletop, 2 rythm sections several banked turns and a few small doubles. That was on a rocky hillside where all of the track had to be cut level into the steep slope. I think I have a few pics somewhere.

a pic of us taking a break. Not only did I build the track that day, I rode it too. The dozer is visible in this pic.

4punks .... wanna come up to Ohio for a weekend? I'd house you, feed you, get the equipment, provide the land and extra dirt ... heck I'd even send you home with more money than you came with. Grandpa has 60 acres we need one of those in the field for Jfarrar and I to practice at. biggrin.gif

Jay,

I thought I read somewhere that you guys are riding again this Sunday. True??

If so, I think a few of us beach boys might come up and check it out.
