Paddles.Nobbies work, but to be competive dragging, has to be paddles. There are LOTS of trails to explore so I would bring both if possable.

NO paddles fro me, I suck at drag raceing. laugh.gif

Still planning on camping, going to try and get one of the unreservable sies, if not just a basic and fire the generator up.

I've got a friend of mine comeing with me on a Yamaha, He'll probably crash trying to keep up with me, or me trying to beat him, we always do wink.gif

I'll bring some chips and other stff for the grill out Saturday.

Already got my flag, but broke the mount installing it( cluts ) Looking forward to meeting everyone.

What goes on at the sand drags on Saturday night. Is it a structured event or grudge matches? Also what types of vehicles, quads and bikes only or any off road vehicle?

There is plenty of dragracing to do.On a good day,30 quads and bikes line up.Sometimes you can find two or three strips going at differant locations in the park.Plenty of friendly competion. wink.gif

Gary, its just like a asphalt strip, except sand. They have lights, grandstands, snackbar with food for sale.Races include quads, sandrails, trucks, alky Banshees and blown topfuel dragsters.I think the races start a 7 pm.The place is called Bigriver sanddrags, about a 15 min.drive from your hotel, north on hwy.67 to Bonterre exit.Plus, kids on mini quads.
