Signed the contracts this week, the property will be a subdivision this time next year.
It was fun while it lasted, but all good things must come to an end.

I sure am going to miss it.The group ride I made there is one of my fondest memories.Even though we were blowing up at a astonishing rate it was still a great time cause of all the great people there.Thanks for the great times Jay.I will miss that place for sure.
