May 9 and June 20 work well for me. I will make a weekend out of it once we all settle on a date.

Here is the link to their website: http://www.mostateparks.com/stjoe.htm
Click the camping link to see more information on camping. You will only want to camp in campground 1, the atv/orv area that leads directly to the ridding park. You can get additional info and or make reservations by calling St. Joe State Park
573-431-1069.

This place is a great, plenty of things for everyone. Let me know if there is a question. I have been there atleast 50 times over the past 10 years.

what about hotel availability , I don't mind camping but if the wives come with they will want a bed and shower at the end of the day.is there anything close by?

Can we please do it in June or later? There is absolutely no way I can do it in May. I'm getting married at the end of may and if I try to skip out on any of the planning and preparing, I'm toast.

Yes we have camped at Badlands. They have a nice camp area with showers available. They also have a wash area for the quads with a high pressure washer. It used to be 7 dollars per person to camp and that included use of the showers.
We don't always camp when we go as we are only a few hours away.

I'm up a St. Joes ride. I would like to before it gets too hot though.

We go to table rock lake at the end of July and the water temp is around 90 then. Late May or early June is my vote.

Yes it is. We didn't go last year because of my work, we are booked this year though....Crestlodge I believe at the end of July. I'll be heading through St. Louis....is it faster to take 270 or 55 to 44. I'll be getting to St. Louis around 10:00 in the morning on a Sat. I think 55 to 44 is faster, but I took 270 last time because of traffic concerns.
I did goto 2 Rams games last year......its pretty easy to get great seats when your team is terrible. laugh.gif
