I may be going to Rocky Glen in Rockford Illinois next Friday 8-7-09.Has anyone been there? Is it worth the 90 minute ride?

I am starting an east coast tour with the moto tommorow . Maybe on our way back we can check it out. That is if Im still able to ride. What kind of terrain is it?

I used to live in rockford 2 years ago. I never went there because I heard bad things about it, second hand of course. As you drive by on Highway 20 West you can see it and it didn't look very big. What I was told was you can't go over 25mph and that it is small. If you do go, post a report so I can see if I missed anything for not going there when I lived 10 minutes away for 2 years. Since you live in Minooka have you been to Fox valley near Wedron or that place in Marsilles? I can't remember but buffalo range in utica is nice but I think they only allow quads for races, there was another place over that way to but I can't remember. Further west on 80 near atkinson about an hour from you is http://www.midwestatvriders.com/gob_hill_motorsports.html. I've been there it is a little small but a lot of differnt terrain. Other people I know who go there love it.

I drove past rockford on saturday but the little lady said I had enough atving for one week. LOL

No,It rained like heck most of the day.We thought about going Saturday but decided there was too much of a chance for more rain.
The bright side is I didn't have to clean several muddy bikes. lol
