Rode a CRF450 this weekend

I went to an MX track this weekend and hooked up with a bunch of guys with CRF's. Got to take a few laps on one.

This machine was an 03 and was ridden aggressively and I've got to say that the Honda had more rattles and quarky noises then my Cannondale ever had.

Power was good. I was just dissappointed in the machine. I thought I would be more impressed then I was.

All told... I came to the conclusion that I really like my Speed. They were all alot more impressed with my machine then they were with one another's CRF's and Yamaha 450's...

I'm slowly begining to appreciate what a nice machine these things really are!

what kind of chassis did the CRF 450 have? I almost bought a CRF 450 with a walsh chassis i believe, and it would have been for some serious cash. Instead i got a great deal on a moto and i bought it. Pretty happy with performance from my dale moto
