If you do buy it I've got an 03 transmission I just pulled out, Only problem is the top hole on the cartridge plate is stripped out other than that I believe it's in good shape Send me a pm and we can work somethin out

That motor was obviously laying around outside, and you will find that dang near every moving part should be replaced....the lower case will have to be gutted and need all new bearings, and the head should be viewed as a core only, with rusted shafts that are quite stubborn to remove.... $350? no way bad deal. The harness would be an older version, and not worth messing with, except for spare parts.

Thanks dave that was the answer i was lookin for glad i dident buy it...now hes sayen 1000 for the quad after he found out he has to put over a 1000 to make it reliable...i would jump on it if i had the money but deff dont....i was gonna hide the motor in the basement from my girlfriend if i bought it she thinks i love dales more than her blink.gif shes crazy....lol

If someone buys it for $1000.00 and puts another $1000.00 into that's still quite reasonable for a Blaze. Also depends on what shape the rest of quad is in.
