This thread should brings LOTS of opinions.
I just put a set of AMS Sand Snakes on a 250EX -- really perfect for that bike, with a shorter and flexible 8 paddle, but probably not enough scoop for the Cannondale's power.
SandStars are durable and good value, rated 4 out of 5 by DirtWheels, and still slide pretty well.
Sand Sharks (Glamis OEM) not bad either, even cheaper, and good sliders.
But straight-up Haulers are best for hillclimbs & drags, lots of options.

Sandstars are the best bang for your buck. They are molded so they last you for years. Haulers definitely dig much better but they are costly. The paddels are molded onto the tire so they tend to wear-out much more quickly. Dune enthusiasts love them. If I only rode 1-2 times a year at the dunes, I wouldn't consider myself and enthusiast and get the sandstars.
