I'm telling you guys dunes are a thing you must try at least once. Silver Lake or Little Sahara Oklahoma will get your feet wet. Now head west to Utah and Idaho where the biggest dunes are w/ 5th gear runs everywhere. Imagine full throttle at will riding on a virgin smooth surface. Now throw in some monster hill climbs slamming down shifts and digging in and it gets your blood flowing in a big way. Perfect jumps everywhere that will dare your fears in the biggest ways. I've invited people out to our dunes and nobody has went away disappointed in the least bit!!

My wife's family goes to Utah about once a month it seems like but, they live in Colorado so it is easier for them. I might try to go out this spring if I am not working to much. They are all wondering about this cannondale I have in the garage anyway.
