This trip seems to be a go. Who is going to be there weekend after Christmas? Will head out on Dec 26th early and drive straight through. On return will hit up Little Sahara, OK or maybe go to dunes by Vegas. Plan to keep to a southern route to avoid snow so anything on the way back is doable. Will try getting back by Jan 4th but if need be can take longer. Right now there is two of us. Truck comfortably fits 4 so here is your invite come on along. Gas is cheaper now and other than the mad dash to get there it will be a relaxing vacation. Plan to go cheap. Cooler for food and tenting if we can't find cheap hotels. Biggest expense will be gas.Lets GO!!

Wistech?
Wannablaze and Dad?
Anyone?

I will be there pretty much for sure since work will be out for the holidays. I was planning to head out the 26th and head back before the place gets too crazy for new years. If you were to take a route thru Tucson I would offer up a pit stop.
I would recommend about half your trip to be spent at wash 2... and the other half at Gorden's Well. You can ride pretty much 90% of the dunes from those two places and if you only go to one you will only see about half.
Looking forward to it!

Cool! Only thing that will stop me from going is if work demands it. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Please let us know if you are planning to stop off at LS OK and when. I might be able to swing that. A buddy is dieing to take his new RZR to the dunes and I expect he would go too. Thanks.

Yo, moderators...

Please delete this thread and ban this guy. He's trying to wreck some homes!

It's only 400 mis further to make the trip from VA. About $1230 for gas. Plus $20 for the quads!
