I spend most of my time at Glamis, it's about the same distance, there and Dumont and Pismo.
Pismo is just a nice place to go in the summer, Glamis and Dumont are only for night rides then. Been to St. A's too, Glamis being about 200miles for me is favorite mostly because of the distance, Dumont is very good dunes but relatively small area, St. Anthony's Would be my favorite if it were 200 miles.
The experience at Glamis on a big weekend is something to take in but the dunes can really get beat up, for riding an off weekend or weekdays are best.
St A's was lots of fun although for me it is a better place for a big HP buggy, there are some valleys that you could really open it up.

2000 mile round trip for me to OK. 2600 mile round trip to St Anthonies(baddest dunes in the hemishere) Its hard to convince the guys to go anywhere else. Do you have any vids/pics that could help convince them otherwise? Id be willing to give it a try .

I spent a week at St. Anthony dunes in Idaho. Hands down the best riding I ever did.
Can't wait to get back again. However, 2800 mile round trip is tough.

Can't remember the date we were there but it was cold! We had 2 Cannibals there. We were in a truck camper at Little Sahara Powersports campground. Maybe us???

Spent a week at St. Anthony dunes and was the best time spent riding dunes to date. Little Sahara is fun but St. Anthony is better. Might be going to little Sahara for Easter with my Cannibal. Have yet to ride it on the sand. Need to get it tuned with my d&m kit to make most of my upgrades first. Not sure will be done in time, so might not make Easter. Hope to see some other Cdales out there sometime.
