Why can't you stand a c-dale up?

#1 Post by MotoRacer »

I heard that you can't stand it up on the grab bar because it is bad for the bike...is this true? What happens? Does this mean it is bad to do it for like 10-20 minutes while cleaning? Any help would be great. thanks.

A thread in another forum stated that a check valve (ball in oil pump) could cause that if it is bad but sounded like it would do that even after sitting on its wheels for a long period of time. (Winter storage)

Might be something to check in too.
