Average Price of Dyno Time????

#1 Post by jwheat »

I found a dyno in my area today and I'll probably go put my new Timbo stroker on it next week. I thought the price was a little high, but he's the only dyno around here. He wants $90.00 to dyno my Dale. I only paid $45.00 to dyno it out in OK last year. I just wanted to see what other people are paying so I might can negotiate a better rate.

My place loves me! $35 usually gets me at least 8-10 pulls enough to set flowrate and check maps. If I want a full tuning session $100 an hour.

Usually I go do some pulls go home tinker and go back.

Cannondales are $50 an hour now at Mikes cycle. Since we tune them ourselves.

I dont know but there is a small shop here in Temecula that has a dyno. Im gonna ask him about it and group rate.
The shop is well known for tuning but its not a dealership its a straight shop for parts and service no bikes other than used.

What's the charge if I send mine up there with Chris (From Mikes) and have you tune it up for me Wist?
