Should be able to, as long as you list it as a ATK.

Never had a problem in WORCS racing:)

But thats not AMA/ATVA stuff

As far as I know the rule book just says you cant modify the eng cases or the frame. Dose not say that the company has to still be in buiness.

This is the official ruling on Production Class straight from the AMA website... I don't see a problem running a 250R kit as it only changes the subframe and not the actual frame...For example all the guys who swap out to a 6 point subby on there YFZ's are still allowed to run Production so why shouldnt we be able too...
4. Production Classes Stock frame and ATV engine cases from the original manufacturer of that make and model must be used. OEM
frames may have material added for strength. These changes shall not affect frame geometry. Only bolt on components allowed.
