I'm kinda' with Happy on the guy. I also talked to him and he told me basically the same story. He seemed pretty up and up to me and was even gonna' send me the gasket kit before I paid for it since there were questions about what was used in it. Of course, I haven't seen anything in the mail, either. However, if I had sent him some money, I'd be pissed. I still believe the guy is gonna' make things right with everyone... hopefully. We'll see. I definitely believe that what goes around, comes around.

Oh, and I think he did tell me he lives in DE- not that it matters.

I called and left him a message. Who knows...he could be in the hospital with a tube down his throat. It does suck to have sent money and get nothing back. Sorry.

yep...i talked to him on that number b4....either the guy got it changed or he truly is dead.....he's a piece of sh!t as far as Im concerned and he can keep my f'n money, I got plenty more on the tree in my back yard.....he knows my number, my email, theres no excuses guys...if there is something wrong you make it right by calling the buyer or letting the buyer know something somehow....don't feel sorry for me...feel sorry for him when karma bites him in his ***.

Have you considered contacting the Baltimore PD? I'm sure you could file a report with them. If this guy is a thief he needs to be proscuted! There are too many internet thieves and most don't get punished.
