Will do, but why would this affect the machine only when its warmed up???..if wires are melted togeteher it will affect the quad cold or hot......then again electrical flaws show there faces when warmed up...soo....

Those service bulletins dont work for me.

Your flow is at 1600!? What's your injector offset? I'd also get a status light kit to see if the computer is shutting down due to overheating. You'll see the staus light flash quicly and wonder if it's shutting down shortly after you hit that point. However if flow is at 1600, you couldn't be too lean unless an injector is out??

You actually expect me to remember that???...haha

Aww i found it....from the guy i bought it from.

flowrate 2350
tps closed 0.28
tps open 3.91
throttle body leak 0
injector offset 1.10/1

those are the settings the first owner wrote down

I meant to say my flowrate is 2600!!!..not 1600..haha...my bad

Those numbers above sound right.

Ah ha....2600....I see. Yes, you are too lean. drop it back to the 2300-2400 range and offset should be .1 less than the factory settings to compensate for the rich condition from the factory. I'd still get a staus light kit to see if the bike runs too hot (this could indicate a lean condition) so you can shut down the engine before the ECU does. The status light kits are only around $20 if I remember correctly.

If you have a lot of hours running that lean you could have some problems with your piston. They don't last long running hot and lean.
