What exactly is this for?

I think it's for tuning the 500 system????

There is actually 3 of them on ebay right now, a little strange I think LOL. They are for the old mc500 ECU's. That is the only way you can adjust and richen the 500 ECU... I thought about maybe picking one up, but they seem to be bringing a fair amount. I hadn't seen one on ebay for like a year and now theres 3...

They are commonly refered to as a Mil Tool. The only adjustment is the knob in the middle. Wistech is the king of the Mil tool, maybe he will chime in.
