Well...
Changed the gas today (I'm sure that it went bad)
Then went to inspect the plug...
It was soaked in gas...
Could this be do to a gasket leak?
Should I assume this is not be a map issue.
What should my next step be?

He did put put on a new aluminum valve cover...could this be the cause?

Anyone want to buy a 03' Moto :0)

If its soaked in gas its running rich.Could be as simple as a returnline disconnect swelled up or its mapped wrong. This is also a classic condition of a bad coil or plug.Under load it misfires.

The spark plug is a 10 but I normally run a 8 or 9.
Would a 10 cause problems?

If its not tuned perfectly yes a 10 will foul very easily.

Turned out to an electrical issue. One of the wires on the starter solenoid was almost snapped in half and was hanging by a thread. When you would give it gas the vibration would cause the wire to vibrate and stall out the motor.

The solenoid is doing nothing unless you are hitting the start button. Was it maybe the main power wires which are in same location?

It was the two wires coming from the solenoid that were broken off. It was not the main power wires.
