Cannondale drown out!

Ok, thanks to Marty (our guinepig) we now have a drill for you in case you decide to take your Dale swimming! DO NOT TRY TO START IT!!!

1. Unplug fuel injectors.

2. Lock the parking brake and stand the quad on its nose. (see pic)

3. Put the quad in 5th gear.

4. You and a friend each grab ahold of a rear tire and spin the motor over backwards. (its hard, but 2 people can do it!)

5. You will see the water being pumped out from the airbox.

6. Do this untill no more water comes out.

7. Sit the quad back on its wheels and turn the motor over with the injectors unpluged. (this keeps the motor from flooding)

8. Crank the motor for 3 seconds then let off then retry. Continue this untill the motors runs for a few seconds then dies.

9. Plug in the injectors and start. Ride back to the truck or house and dry out the air filter and change the oil.

The quad ran great the rest of the day!

1. Unplug HIS fuel injector. (DONT WORRY, HE IS MARRIED AND WON'T MISS IT)

2. KNOCK THE SILLY GRIN OFF HIS FACE

and stand HIM on HIS nose. (NOT A GOOD PIC TO SEE)

3. TRY TO DO THIS BEFORE HE TRIES TO REMOVE ALL HIS gear.

4. You and a friend each grab ahold of a "rear tire" :eek: and FLIP HIM over backwards. Its hard, but 2 people can do it! (JEFF AND ROWLRAG CAN SHOW YA HOW)

5. You will see the "water" being pumped out from the "airbox".

6. Do this until no more water comes out, OR UNTIL HE STARTS WITH THE STUPID GRIN AGAIN.

7. Sit MARTY back on HIS FEET and SLAP THE SILLY GRIN OFF HIS FACE AGAIN.

(this keeps HIS EGO from flooding)

8. (THIS IS WHERE ONE ONE OF THEM KY BOYS CAN COME IN HANDY). "Crank" HIS motor for 3 seconds let off then retry. Continue this untill HE runs AROUND for a few seconds then dies.

9. Plug in HIS injector (UM...RICO I THINK THAT IS YOUR JOB) and start. Ride HIM back to the truck or house and dry OFF HIS GEAR and change HIS oil.

HE PROBABLY WILL BE DONE RUNNING FOR the rest of the day!

The next time you decide to cross a lake just get it up to top speed and then you will skip right across. I do it all the time

Mountain man- that's a technique I put to particularly good use at H-M! There was a lot of water on some parts of the trail.
