im a bit baffled

i rode a friends cannibal today....it didnt feel anything like mine. his throttle repsonse and overall performance felt a lot like a 400ex. mine hits a lot harder and feels more raw wheras his seems more smooth. i like mine better

but his seems a lot more smooth. even my throttle is alot less stiff and the power comes on so much more quickly. what could this be? both are completely stock and broken in. mine is the cannibal with the ohlins, if that makes any difference.

It could be a difference in maps, you never know which dealer played around with them before you recieved it. Or one could be running rich/lean. Also, there seems to be a difference between bikes in general, I've seen fast 400ex's, and also dogs.
Just be happy you have the fast one. :head:
