cut fender pics

I don't have the pics yet...but
The rear edge was cut to where the fender meets the frame spar (sidepanel)

When taping, I started from the front and followed the contour line in the fender. Then, using a second bit of tape, I made my own line from the spar to the first line.

When happy with the taping, I put on my eye protection and picked up the Dremel.

Time taken:
Taping 1/2 hour
Cutting 1 minute
Finishing 15 minutes

Get yourself a roll of electrical tape and get out there and play.

i did my front just the same as euro god, but i did the back a lil different, i didnt want any bolts there, so i just cut it short, and everything mounts up n holds fine..

i like them a lot, they are set up to the "moto" standards, so i dont quite reach 50" but they are very nice, strong, and great looking arms..www.diamondracingatv.com (Big Winky On here) give em a call he's a great guy and his stuff is awesome! ( not to mention cheaper than most other brands!):deal:

sorry to bring up an old post, but I will be cutting mine soon, and I dont have a dremel, what else can be used?

I used a jigsaw and a horse hoof file, came out a lot cleaner than the dremel which makes little curves if your not careful

believe it or not i drew my lines with a marker and cut with a handheld jigsaw....i was scared at first but once u get goin its a breeze.

put masking tape on the bottom of the saw to keep from scratching anything if you plastic is really nice
