Ride just for fun?

How many of you guys ride your dales just for recreational use? No racing or anything just go out with your buddies and ride?

thatd be me hoss cat. i dont dig the racing scene. could very well possibly be due to lack of skill....or maybe i just dont dig it. but i like to ride in the woods and make trails and hillclimbs.

I just ride for fun, too out of shape for racing. I may try out XC if I can ever get back in the gym and get in shape.

sweet I plan on just riding for fun and wondered who else did. How do the machines hold up without racing? I'd imagine better but any problems you'd like to share?

I ride for only the enjoyment. I also race alot, but race because I love it.
I also love to hillclimb (hey ryanstones??) and just ride in general.

Funny thing about this thread, I was at a buddies the other day and his boy was riding a xr 80 for about 1 1/2 hours straight in the yard with a huge smile on his face. No matter if you race or just ride, that IS what it is all about.
