cold snowmobiling weekend

#1 Post by bouncerdude »

i went on a snowmobiling trip this weekend in northern maine. it averaged between 15 and 20 below 0. ive never been riding in that kinda weather but i didnt have a choice. i needed 300 break in miles on my RX1. i got 270 of the 300 and i just have to say wow. that sled has more torque and zip than anything i have ever ridden in my life. and it gets better once its broken it. it made me think of how cool it would be to put the R1 motor in a c-dale frame.

the sled started no problem. the formula is a nice sled. a friend had a 96 formula and it was wicked smooth and fast. i live near about five lakes, so i can pretty much get to one quickly from my house and then its to where ever i feel like. i love it.
