Check this out. These pics were from last weekend 3-7-04 at Echeconnee in Macon.

Oh yeah, so no confusion takes place, this guy does run the same number as me.

also, im not talkin trash as i love those quads ( YFZ's) but at practice last night 3 out of 8 of them broke down during the practice. and these were no weekend warriors. two of them were eca racers and one was donald lysinger who is now pro and races with jerimiah jones and everyone..my dale didn't start for a little bit ( afte ra half of a lap) so i took it in got it diagnosticed out by myself noticed thebattery was moving around and bad connections, fixed that up n ran like a raped ape after

But isn't it nice to have the really good mishaps on film. hehe

I didn't know that David Perkins got these shots until I went back to his site.

A friend of mine was behind this quad (on his 450r) when this happenned. He said that right after the double he could see the rear of the quad sagging more than usual, then when a right hand turn was made, POP goes the weasel !biggrin.gif

Swing-arm bolt or frame????

It actually broke the swingarm in half.

I wish I had a pic of the broken part.

When I went back to his pit area he had the quad on a stand and there was about six inches of swingarm left on the quad and the rest of the swingarm was laying on the ground with only the chain (around the axle) and the brake line keeping the spare parts from being completely seperated from the quad.
