Got into it with a yz250 and RM250

So my buddy bought a 2003 RM 250 with low hours on it earlier this week. He's talked crap for awhile now how dirt bikes are so much faster than quads (him and I grew up riding quads together he currently also has a z400 that I spanked on the ice this winter). So he brings over the RM and we ride around for awhile and then head out to race.

I started in 2nd gear (still can't do a decent 3rd gear start), he started in 1st. I took him till I started to shift into 5th and he finally passed me. Same results 4 or 5 times. He was impressed to say the least.

YZ250, bet me 5 dollars and a BJ that he could beat me in a race between fire hydrants. He didn't want to race on the road (no spin for either of us) So he was in grass and I was on the road. Neither of us spun and I took him by a few quad lenghts 2 out of 3 times. The time he beat me I was ahead of his rear tire at the finish.

Over all, I showed some dirt bike punks what a real quad can do

BTW my bike is stock other than a blaze/speed ts 130 map.
