Dial-A-Jet

Has anybody ever went to Rocky Mountain ATV and looked at the Dial-A-Jet. This thing goes on your CARB, but yet they say its available for our Cannondales. Am I just missing something or what, but WTF? :confused:

I'm kinda having a hard time finding my carb!! lol
