There's a few I always put in on the way to and before races. I basically listen to hardcore or that using a lot of guitar emphasis.
Mushroomhead (Can't explain it, but it gets blood moving)
Mudvayne (Lots os screaming and booming drums)
Slipknot (Crazy as always)
Shadows Fall (Newest cd is incredible on guitar)
