Yes, the road in sucks!!
It is straight north out of Rock Springs on Hwy 191. It is probably about 10 miles out of town where you turn off. The road in is kinda hard to spot the first time there, but after that you will be fine.
I wouldn't want to ride at night without a GPS. There are no visible lights and it would be real easy to get lost out there.
The only camping available is primitive camping.
