i wanna post some pictures from over here, but the bit size is too big....how do i make it smaller???

In a pinch if you are using windows XP you can use either paint or the other image viewer just to change the size which should drop the size in bytes. Beyond anything like that you would need a program to optimize for the web. I use Adobe products.
