Don't mean to be a buzz kill, but did you guys PC the clutch cover bolts onto the side cover? If you did it is gonna suck when you go to take the clutch cover off!

Oh he doesn't own it , He is just helping me out by breaking it in and putting some hours on it so I can shelf it when we get his motor done after Timbo's work is done and not miss a Dune Trip.:w:
I have made a few mods to it I want to see how they work out before I need this motor and it will be nice to say I have a motor on the shelf I can drop in any time I want !!!!!
And I am really looking forward to checking out that 5th gear with those motards in the dunes

I tried doing another one, I should have followed Ryan's advice I just got in a hurry and pulled it all apart oh well I didn't like the job they did on this on so they get to do it over again

Yeah, covering bolts with PC is not the smartest thing :eek:

It is amazing the things places do to cut time in doing jobs ends up costing either the customer or them by stripping and recoating the work again because of their error. I like the red though, looks sharp
