The banjo bolts are indeed pressure switches for the brakelight.

I have no idea what the mpg is. I did install a fuel reserve sensor and connected it to the red light on the handebars. It goes on when there is about 2 liters left.

I also think the gearing is off, especialy with those 18" rear tires.

The Blaze passed the inspection today. I will have the papers within 5 days and then I can get the license plate and ride on-road. laugh.gif

And also a screw in the throttle to make it 15Kw.

What is the screw in the throttle for?

I think he's limiting the revs to limit the hp --> 15kw = 20.1 hp.

Yep, it's to limit the power. For some reason quads aren't allowed to have more then 15Kw.

But at the inspection they didn't even check that, haha. They did not even test the sound. They did not even check the brakes blink.gif

All they did was check the VIN number and the lights, lol.

But sometimes they check everything, just depends on which inspector you get.

not to be a smart a$$ or anything unsure.gif but you know to watch the chain giude on the swingarm because the 13 sproket eats into to it preaty quickly and will eat into your swingarm. Just making sure so you dont have that problem. All your quads look great and it look like a blast to ride on the street!
