are you going to be closed chamber purge welding the titanium?

I have heard that is the problem with titanium. It doesn't weld like other metals. That is where the cost comes from. The booth and such to do the work and of course labor.

you need a gas sealed chamber...that it has ubber gloves you put your hands into..and weld inside of it...and is filled with a gas...which perfects the welding. And you can only use a tig welder on titanium...it isnt hard if you know what your doinmg....were not just ognna make some arms and sell them....gonne practice MANY welds firsy..test them for strwength...and go with the weld that works best.....we have books...websites....we arnt being stupid...yes it is a little more tricky to weld...but all you need is the right stuff...and were getting the right stuff.

I'd be more than interested in the a-arms and axle, it would be nice not to spend $800 for the axle. To bad it's not easier to produce carbon fiber parts!

aa moto with extended axle..and LT arms..and nerfs..beadlocks...and all that other race stuff...weighs 375 pds with half a tank of gas and ALL lubricants/coolant. Close but no cigar..no dale weighs 400+ pds..unless it has tons of mud on it. lol

Not sure where you got the 375 pounds from, but I put mine on a truck scale at work and it read 400 pounds with about 3/4 tank of gas and it was clean. This scale reads in 20 pounds increment and is calibraded regurly.
