i measured the one on my 250x ( i think they are the same as a 400?) and it is about 2 inches narrower than the c-dales (the mounts are)

distance on z400

top two mounts left to right is around 4 inch
distance between top mount and bottom mount - 6.5 or 6.25
distance between bottom two mounts - 6.25 approx

The z mount won't work on the dale. Distance from top to bottom holes is too far apart. Cannondales is about 5" as to 6" for the z. If you got a prm some drilling and you could make your own holes....

Can someone measure the TRX, EX, and maybe the Yammie for some more comparisons? I really want one of these bumpers, but I want it to fit and look nice too. Thanks, Brian.:usa

I think I have a stock 400ex bumper packed away. And I know we have a stock YFZ bumper somewhere. I'll check this weekend.
