Crazy talk and rumors
My favorite when someone see you with the D&M kit out.
"what is that a space ship?"
"It has fuel injection?"
"That can't work very good because it takes me forever to jet my quad and yours only took a couple minutes."
"Does that thing really make any changes to the quad?"
Then the guy from Lorretta Lynns who saw me before the race in my Cannondaleriders shirt.
"You own a Cannondale is that site still up. (Laughs)"
Saw him after I flipped the quad and was still riding with the bent stem. He was broken down on his Yammy and smoking like a *****. I laughed pretty **** hard at that one!
I still like it when people come up and ask what is that?

Tony (Swamp'Dale) and I were working on his quad with the laptop out next to our buddy, who I should mention is a very good rider, and he was amazed it took a computer to work on it. He was asking if Tony carried it in a backpack around the course
All things were silent, however, when we got it tuned in, pushed it back and he ripped some grass for a minute or 2. He still said he would rather have his simple stock 400ex :confused: but it had gained a little respect at least.

is it faster than a raptor?

good luck getting parts (laugh )

get the edsel running yet? (brother in law after motor problems)

Most people around me must be holding their stupid remarks/questions.
The thing I hear the most is:
"I've never seen one of those before!"
My neighbor always asks me when I put the diesel in it.
Another guy said it sounded like a sowing machine.
One guy, a bike rider, has a friend with a bike. He said they call it the CannonSnail.

Thats exactly what the dude at McDonald's said when I told him it was a cannondale.
