I already did the stage 8 way back when it was put together, Valve cover is Aluminum so no need to worry there either, I had an old FX valve cover I put on it. When I did my stage 8 All my bolts were tight and had plenty of loctight. No signs of anything loose anywhere.

so far i have had no engine failures...** knock on wood** i hope it stays that way..

There should be an "ALL OF THE ABOVE" lol

tranny bolts backed out... 03LE. Covered under warranty (once upon a time). Other than that, & a recent trans filter eating:confused: its been flawless. knock knock;)

I've got an '02 Cannibal with a cable clutch.

The only mechanical problem I've had was a broken decomp. mechanism. It had the riveted mechanism. Fortunately, I caught it quick and nothing else was damaged.

we need a "No Problems" pick so it doesn't look all doom and gloom.

i should make mine more of a NO problems that devastadly KAboomed my quad. That is, until after i got engine work done and the timing in the map for me was off. When i was stock i rode for a whole year with over 160 hours easy ( all racing mx) with no problems what so ever, excpt bolts coming loose, but was caught before i put the stage 8 in

I am looking for a hydro clutch if anyone has an aftermarket one that would be adaptable.

Mine died yesterday and i had the stage 8 and vent hose updates updates done i Check the powertrain threads.
