I got the oversized frame back from the powdercoater today, with a few other parts. Should get it all assembled tomorrow:)

Well, being a quad guy I've learned a couple things about bikes the last couple days.

1. do not take the spokes out of the wheels:(

2. make sure you have a rim ring in or the tube will pop:eek:

3. Do not lay the forks over on their side:mad:

Trying to finish it tonight so i can take it to the 6 hour.

It won't have the 12" wheels on it yet, shop was out of tubes.


I was missing a bolt for the sub frame and it didn't show up until today, that's the excuse I'm sticking with anyway.

as of right now I'm using stock plastic, probably going to change it though.

We just got it all together and honestly I think its kinda goofy looking now. I think the extra 2" in the frame is between the tank and forks, so there is a big gap there. Maybe it will be better with the 12" wheels.
