If you can buy a 05 450r for $5000 thats crazy:( cause I work here at a honda shop and the cost on those are 5654.00 and the cost just went up this morning. **** if I get another 450r i'm just going to send you the money..smile.gif They must be cheaper down south..

i can geta a yfz for 4850, but then i have to put a new crank in it every six months, lol. i get the hookup at my local honda shop smile.gif as for yamaha, puke !!!!!!!! just kidding guys.

yeah and buy a honda and you will be putting a crank in it too slip over to quadzone karizz's 450r crank seized after one race season on his 450r not let yammi and honda guys razz dale guys about stuff siezing up :hammer: :hammer:

I have a hard season on my cannondale crank with no updates other that the motor mount and i dont anticipate any problem this season

Something went wrong then.. I raced my 450r all last year hard and never had any issues.

True, but the number of Honda's and Yamaha's that have blown cranks and even more have been much higher than the number of C'Dales due to there being more of them. I've talked to dozens of people who's blown YFZ cranks and I have yet to find any guy i race w/that races every other weekend who hasn't cracked a 450R frame more than once yet.

However, At the Hon/Yam forums they do nothing but bash C'Dales saying they blow up. It makes me laugh when theirs blow up for the fact of their mouths.
