Has anybody ever made one? I would like one very bad, I want to run 2 fmf 2 stroke shorties and see if I can quiet mine down some and help out my top end also

The only thing I can think of for more ponies to help the 495 is to build a big bore header/exhaust and reshape the exhaust ports in the head. Got to think fast . Im building twin 495's and dont want them to be identical.
Head porting starts this weekend.

Dont forget about better crankcase venting.Gotta be a way.Was suggested to even use exhaust to scavenge pressure out even.

Sorry already been tested.Here's what the little 495 did to it's competators.

Animalscannibal tore his down for performance upgrades because was tired of getting beat up by the 495,when he tore it down found that the piston was ready to go had 10 cracks in it talk about lucky!
