I am going to start by listing a disclaimer. I have not clean the quad yet completely since the last ride. I also learned that with a ceramic coated exhaust I may have to much heat for a powder coated exhaust. Look at the burnt can. That has new packing and had a new can too. Also haydug's double battery set-up works sweet.

One group of people I would like to thank is Dave 2-r's for the powder coating, C&D Racing for their support on this project and Champion Motorsports for the motor work.

Here is the front shot. I know the decals are old style, but they were cheap and I still think they look awesome.

Haydug's dual battery set-up sounds like a jet at take off. It spins that starter so fast that it fires instantly.

I will post some more pics this sunday and get some better reviews on the new parts too. I can tell you that motor is a tough motor. Pulls and keeps pulling.

very nice derno very nice.i have one suggestion though.if that is a battery cable mounted underneath the framerail by the upper a arm i would consider moving it to the top.that is a pinch point when the suspension is at full travel.the tierods could pinch that wire and create a short.everything else looks sweet man.

These pics do it no justice. It looks freaking awesome in person. My wife even said it looks good. Trust me she hates this thing. Not because it is a quad, but because I treat it like my child. I won't let her talk mean around it.

Thanks for the suggestion Farrar. I didn't think of that at all. I will do it first thing tomorrow.
