Hello guys:
Every day the sale does not happen it gets cheaper for any buyer.
In reality, any new buyer who is already in the powersports manufacturing business does not need to buy the entire company. All they need are some of the plans, and a couple units. They can lift all they need off of those two items and be on their way. In fact, all of the welding fixtures are built for hand welding, and you can bet that any larger manufacturer would have to replace them for a robotic system anyway. Heres what I know. It's still up for sale. However, there is one company trying to buy the intellectual property. It's all they need. I don't know if we will see the Cannondale ATVs in their current form again, but I suspect we will see a next generation version down the road.
