My problem is..............I am out of shape and probably don't have the stamina required for a long race. Besides that, I dont have numbers, nerfs or a tether.
where can I gather info about the rules and what I will need to enter? I might still give it a shot if its not too much out of pocket cash for a day of fun.

You don't need numbers or nerfs.....I'll give you a teather. Go to www.gncc-racing for all the info you'll need! If your not a member of AMA yet it will end up costing you $79 to race.
