Cannondaleriders

My 640 has a 40mm... So I think that a 432 should have enough with a 40mm. But it does rec higher, 11500 RPM instead of 9000 RPM.

I am starting to get confused to. I posted that the stock ones were 42mm because that is what mine is on my cannibal, but now that I looked at it closer I have noticed something. There is an insert on the inlet of it that looks like yours, but the stock moto one pictured before was missing this piece. Is yours 40mm on both sides or just the inlet side with the insert? :confused:

my 02 cannibal has the insert.

What size is your throttle body?

I am not sure, I am going to go out on a ledge and say with the insert it is probably 40mm.

the thing I wonder is does removing the insert effect performance in any way?

I am going to call timbomoose at the end of the month (he is out of town for 1.5 weeks right now) when I am ready to get motor work done by him and ask him his thoughts on this.

Just asking, because on mine with the insert in both the inlet and outlet are 42mm, and without the insert the inlet is like 47mm.

i belive the insert is for smooth airflow through the airbox to engine. something like that lol.doesnt do much good for the throttle body to be bigger if everything else is small, just creates a spot for the air to "hit" an edge and affect performance
