Let's just say that conditioning is going to be my key focus next season. I can't count the number of times I have had the chance to make the podium, only to have my being aerobically challenging to come into play.

I hear ya on the conditioning. I have to also stop doing the 12 and 16 oz power curls on friday and saturday night. That doesn't help my conditioning and having a hangover on race day sucks.:drink: :drink: :drink:

All I have to say is, "there is not enough water on the planet when you are hung over and it is 90 degrees or hotter out and racing.":cry: :cry:

I was thinking of a new training technique going to the 40's more mass less repititions.:drink:
