Jaybr, with that 04 moto prototype motor wasn't Powroll at www.Powroll.com helping with cannondale with that. I remember talking to them about it. They said that it was and would have been a bad *** motor and that it was a totally new design. Where is that prototype at now. Someone has to have it when cannondale sold there parts?

I remember talking to powroll years ago when they got thier first fx400 and they didnt like Dales at all. Id find it hard to believe they ever messed with them.

This wasn't a new motor design, I was told smaller intake valves and throttle body changes.

I'll have to see if I can get more info

How would smaller intake valves increase flow and yield more HP?

I pulled this off of there website>they Built engines and provided technical support for AMA GNCC ATV Pro racer Kory Ellis. Worked on YZF 426 and Cannondale engine development for the Ellis team.
Provided research and development support to Cannondale for new head designs on their 440cc ATV engine.

Higher velocities, resulting in better cylinder filling

i think the best place to start is to talk to powroll see if they have any input. then figure out something throttlebody wise, and experiment with valve size?

I was thinking of trying to make a bigger flapper for the Throttle body. Then you could increase the hole size.
